From your first visit to your first customer reward.
How do I get started?
Create an account, verify your email and name your workspace. It starts on the free trial. Choose Guided setup for a customer programme or Developer setup for an integration. You can switch paths later.
When do I pay?
The free trial needs no card. When you choose Starter or Growth, you’ll review the monthly total after creating your workspace, then enter your payment details on a secure checkout page. Payment confirmation brings you back to your setup steps.
What happens when the trial allowance runs out?
The trial includes 10,000 live events once. It does not reset each month. When it is used up, live activity pauses until you subscribe. Sandbox testing does not use the allowance, and your data stays available.
What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter runs ready-made plays: win-backs, streaks and milestones you set up in Guided engagement. Growth adds the visual Flow Builder, so your team can design custom flows from scratch, and a larger monthly allowance.
Can I move between Starter and Growth?

What counts as an event?
An event is one customer activity record sent to Flyhalf—for example an order, check-in or review. Accepted live events count even if no automation matches. Events Flyhalf creates itself, such as achievement unlocks and broadcasts, never count. Repeated requests with the same idempotency key and sandbox testing do not use extra live allowance.
What happens at a plan limit?
The affected activity stops at its limit until usage resets next month or you upgrade. There are no automatic overage charges. Your existing data remains available.
Are messages included?
Every plan includes a message allowance, larger on Growth. The free trial sends email and push only. Sending requires the relevant channel connection and customer permission. Any separate charges from your messaging provider are outside the Flyhalf subscription.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel future renewals from Plan and payment. Your plan stays available through the period already paid for. The workspace then returns to the free trial and whatever is left of its one-time allowance.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Sandbox data and simulated rewards are separate from live customers. Follow the setup checks before switching your shop or integration to live activity.
