Product · Behavioural listening
See every customer. Spot the ones going quiet.
Flyhalf collects events from your store, POS, booking system or app — orders, visits, check-ins — and maps them into one view of the customer journey. Then it notices what your ledger can't: the customer who stopped coming.
Signals
Silence becomes an event.
Your events tell Flyhalf what a customer did. Signals are the events Flyhalf raises itself for what a customer didn't do. A flow triggers on a signal exactly as it would on an order, so the response is automatic and lands while there is still time to change the outcome.
Careful by design
Signals you can trust with a message.
Only the customer counts
Orders, visits and a click on a link in one of your messages count as activity. Flyhalf's own messages and rewards never do, so a win-back can't make its own recipient look active.
Once per quiet spell
Each milestone fires once. When the customer returns, the clock resets and Flyhalf tells you they came back — and how long they were away.
Imports don't cause a burst
Import a customer whose last order was 200 days ago and they're recorded as quiet, but no signal fires and no win-back runs for them.
A warning before the streak ends
A daily streak is flagged in the last hours of the day it must be kept by; a weekly streak in the last two days of its week.
Segments
Name the group before it's gone.
Build audiences from how recently customers acted, how often, which streaks they hold, their points balance and any profile field you send. A customer with no history never matches a "gone quiet" rule, so new sign-ups aren't mistaken for lapsed regulars.

Product views and carts
