Tiers are first-class: the ring colour tells the story at a glance, and flows can upgrade a participant from one rung to the next without re-awarding. Progress survives; duplicates never double-award.

How badges get awarded
Any trigger, any condition: 5th purchase, 7-day streak, first referral. The award is one action node — with the message right next to it.
